•Achieved 70%-80% profitability with pop-up stores and annual revenues of $10M to15M from this part of the business. Annual Ricky's revenue topped $55M.
•Selected home office executive team, including CFO, as Ricky's grew rapidly from 2-15 and then to 28 stores.
•Built critical relationships with vendors to ensure best possible prices, quick responses, and brand awareness of chain throughout industry.
